THE CLIENT
Kristen Walsh is a seasoned hair artist and somatic practitioner based in Foxborough, Massachusetts. With over two decades of experience behind the chair, Kristen has built a loyal following by offering custom hair services that help her clients look great and feel truly seen and supported. Known for her warmth, honesty, and grounded presence, Kristen blends intuitive hair cutting, styling, and smoothing treatments with somatic practices, breathwork, and nervous system-centered care. Her work invites each client into a space where beauty and inner well-being can meet, offering experiences that feel like a deep breath in the middle of a busy world.
THE SCOPE
When Kristen came to Green Juice & Marketing for a brand refresh, she was excited to evolve her identity beyond a traditional hair service page and clearly communicate the full breadth of her gifts. Her existing site was strong on hair services, but it wasn’t yet reflecting the holistic healing work she had been integrating — including Emotional Freedom Technique, Breathwork, and Somatic Movement.
Our goals were to:
Clarify her brand story so visitors immediately understand that her work is about both hair artistry and nervous system care.
Elevate her language and messaging to feel more intentional, grounded, and inviting while staying true to Kristen’s warm and real-talk personality.
Introduce her healing modalities in a way that feels natural and supportive, giving context to how these practices enhance the salon experience.
Refine the structure and tone so her homepage and about page convey sophistication and ease, while humanizing her offerings.
